Meet the Cast
The 2009 cast of Till We Meet Again is proudly comprised of talented performers who join us for the first time this year, and those who proudly return for yet another year of performances. This all-Canadian cast is passionate about their history and is excited to share it with audiences in Quebec and Ontario this Fall.

Jane Hackett - May Powell
Recent credits include roles in the production of Slow Dance with a Hot Pick-up with CETM, Sexy Laundry with The Sudbury Theatre Centre, Having Hope at Home with Persephone Theatre in Saskatoon, Casa de Mary Margaret, Mothers of the Year, Wrong for Each Other, Thirteen Hands, and Same Time, Next Year with Village Theatre West; Weekend Comedy with Upper Canada Playhouse, Dead Guilty, Sylvia, The Long Weekend and Cakewalk with Showboat Festival Theatre and Grand Night For Singing with The Chester Playhouse. Her association with The Montreal Lyric Theatre has included roles in such musicals as Guys and Dolls, The King and I, Company and The Music Man. Jane is delighted to be a part of Till We Meet Again.

Dan Jeannotte - Gordon Watkins
Dan Jeannotte is a Montreal-born actor and improviser. His theatre credits include Cherry Docs (Persephone), The Real Inspector Hound (MainLine Theatre), Dracula (Fallen Angel Productions), Hedda Gabler (MainLine), As You Like It (Pumpkin Theatre), Legend Of The Barbarian (Two By Four Productions), Real Time (Downstairs Cabaret Theatre, Rochester, New York), Vampire Lesbians Of Sodom (MainLine) and Instant Acts (InterKunst, Berlin). Dan is a founding member of award-winning comedy troupe Uncalled For – improv veterans, creators of the scripted shows THUNDERSPANK! (Best Text Award, 2007 Montreal Fringe) and Blastback Babyzap (Just For Laughs Best Comedy Award, 2008 Montreal Fringe) and producers/hosts of the Fringe's late-night variety show/dance party The 13th Hour. He is also a dancer and assistant director in the comedy-dance troupe Dance Animal. His recent screen credits include CBC's Sophie, Paul W.S. Anderson's Death Race and the upcoming Tom Fennario short film Washed In Blue.

Amanda LeBlanc - Maxine Martin
Amanda is thrilled to be returning to play Maxine Martin with Theatre Panache and such a wonderful cast. Hailing from the East Coast and based now in Toronto, she spent the summer playing at home in Allen Cole's new musical Rockbound after the novel by Frank Parker Day. Selected stage credits include: Kiss of the Spider Woman (Talk is Free) Pride and Prejudice (Citadel Theatre); Paper Bag Princess (The Grand); Scratch (CanStage); A Midsummer Night’s Dream,Noises Off, Chicago (Stephenville Theatre Festival); Lig & Bittle, Two Weeks Twice a Year, Wrecked (TNB); Annie (Neptune); A Disco Christmas (LiveBait); Les Miserables (Festival Antigonish). Film and Television: Maya in Flashpoint Ep. 210 (CTV, CBS), MVP (CBC).

Pierre Lenoir - Gerald (Gerry) Trudel
Although Pierre has been a professional actor for over thirty years, he is still not accustomed to talking about himself in the third person. A graduate of the Conservatoire d’Art Dramatique de Montréal, his musical appearances include Evita as Juan Peron, Cabaret as Herr Schultz, Paris of America, Auto Portrait and Pélagie. Other notable stage appearances include The Underdogs, Balconville, Shear Madness and most recently Les Feux de la Rampe at the Montreal Fringe Festival. As composer, one of his musicals (Pourquoi Dracula co-written with J.C. Sapre) was produced several times in Quebec and Switzerland. On the screen, he has more recently been seen in The Day After Tomorrow, The Terrorist Next Door, Elvis Gratton II, The Dead Zone, 2001: A Space Travesty and La Brunante. He has also lent his voice to countless cartoon characters in both official languages.

Stephanie McNamara - Alice Thompson
Stephanie is thrilled to be part of Till We Meet Again, and is honored to have the opportunity to reprise her role as Alice Thompson and pay tribute to all who served and were affected by WWII. Playing leading roles across the country, Stephanie’s selected credits include: Nadina in The Chocolate Soldier, Lady Jessica in A Foggy Day (Shaw Festival), Tracy Lord in The Philadelphia Story (Manitoba Theatre Center and Theatre Calgary), Maxine Faulk in The Night Of The Iguana (MTC and Rubicon Theatre Company in Ventura, California), Julia in A Delicate Balance (Rubicon Theatre Company), Medea in Medea (Salle André Pagé), Virginia Revel in Chimneys (Vertigo Theatre, Calgary), Viola in Twelfth Night, Claire Hopkins in Relative Good, Nancy in Oliver! (Centaur Theatre, Montreal), Mollie in The Mousetrap (Segal Center for Performing Arts at The Saidye, Montreal), Mrs. Dilber in A Christmas Carol (The Grand Theatre, London) Alice in Glory Days! (Theatre Aquarius), Brenda Dixon in Cash On Delivery, The Woman in Dads: The Musical, Penelope in See How They Run (Drayton Festival), Stevie Mills in Make Me A Match (Victoria Playhouse), I Do, I Do (Theatre Collingwood), Alexa Vere De Vere in As Bees In Honey Drown (Theatre Muskoka), Mrs. Robinson in The Graduate (Theatre New Brunswick), Woman 1 in I Love You, You’re Perfect, Now Change (The Piggery Theatre, and The Village Theatre Hudson), The Woman in The Turn Of The Screw, Denise Gosselin in An Anglophone Is Coming To Dinner, Yvette in The Impromptu Of Outremont, Louise in Love Always, Patsy Cline, Evelyn in Evelyn Strange, Lady Bracknell in The Importance of Being Earnest (Theatre Lac Brome). She is a graduate of McGill University, the McGill Conservatory of Music and LAMDA.

Michael Daniel Murphy - Ron Houseman
Michael is pleased to join the cast of Till We Meet Again! He was recently seen this summer in a French production of Fiddler on the Roof with Le Théâtre du Rideau Vert and Juste Pour Rire. Some recent productions include: Sweet Charity, and a touring production of My Fair Lady. Michael studied in the musical theatre performance program at Sheridan College in Oakville Ontario. Other favourite performances: Gilbert Blythe in Anne Of Green Gables the musical at the Charlottetown Festival, A-rab in West Side Story and Seward in Dracula both at the Stratford Festival. Film and television credits include: Dr. Connor in the hit TV series Sophie, as well as Dean in Durham County. Michael is also a singer songwriter and his album is presently in the works. Many thanks to his family and friends who continue to encourage him on the adventurous path of storytelling, and deep gratitude to all those who’s true life stories have inspired the creation of Till We Meet Again. Marian Siminski - Dixie Coleman and Musical Director
Musical Director and Pianist, Marian Siminski, has been with Theatre Panache’s production of Till We Meet Again since 2003. With her arrival, the task of being the show’s accompanist was augmented into the role of Dixie Coleman, the in-studio radio pianist, allowing her to interact with the other performers.
A graduate of Marianopolis College as a Music Voice Major, Marian also holds performance diplomas in voice and in piano from Toronto’s Royal Conservatory of Music. During her final studies, she was a vocal finalist in a CBC competition and holds a silver medal in piano performance from the RCM.
She is the musical director for Gilbert and Sullivan productions of Lakeshore Light Opera, Montreal, where she conducts an 18-piece orchestra. She is no stranger to the world of stage, performing, singing, and directing choral groups. On staff at the Camp Musical d’Asbestos as a choral director, she takes on in summer 2009, the added role of co-director for this band camp. She has directed many Broadway musicals and with the help of her fellow musicians on bass and percussion, provides the show music as well. With a select group of voice and piano students, she maintains a busy daily schedule.
